County competitions

As well as the three district leagues in which we field teams, Andover Bowling Club also participates in the county competitions run under the auspices of Bowls Hampshire, to which association we affiliate annually..This gives us the chance to participate as a Club at this level against teams from right across the county, while individual members are also entitled to enter Bowls Hampshire competitions.

Matches arranged at Club level for 2025 are as follows:

County Men's Championship: Fri 13 June - Andover v Sports Centre (4 rinks)

Thornbery Trophy (women's teams): Sat 21 June - Andover v Romsey (2 rinks)

Hants and Berks Cup: Fri 27 June - Andover v Oakley (3 rinks)

 

Additionally, the following draws have been made, with dates awaited for matches (all to have taken place by 18 May):

Men's Top Club: Yateley A

2 x 4s: Cove A

Tony Alcock Trophy: Yateley B (preliminary round)

Mixed Top Club: Littleton or Mayfield Park
